A billionaire plots to sterilise the world's population from an orbiting satellite, and a suave agent must stop him across glossy Rio locations. Mike Connors makes a relaxed lead, and the production values are a cut above the cycle's norm.

It has the requisite gadgets, girls and globe-trotting, delivered with more polish than most Bond imitations managed. Dario Argento, of all people, has a co-writing credit early in his career.

One of the more watchable entries in a very crowded field.
