Turkish pulp cinema at its most gloriously unlicensed. Captain America and a Mexican wrestler team up to stop Spider-Man, who is here a sadistic crime boss who kills people with a boat propeller. No rights were secured for any of these characters.
It is cheap, incoherent and completely committed, the product of an industry that remade whatever its audience wanted to see with no regard for who owned it. Spider-Man as a razor-toothed murderer is an image you do not shake.
Delirious, illegal and one of a kind.
