Burial Ground

Incoherent even by the standards of the cycle. The Peter subplot is unforgivable.

Incoherent even by the standards of the Italian zombie film, and beloved for it. The dead rise around a country estate and besiege a group of guests, and the whole thing exists in a strange dream-logic where nothing quite connects. The zombies here wear crumbling monk masks and move slowly toward you.

Its infamy rests almost entirely on the Peter subplot, involving an adult little person cast as a child and a scene no one who has seen it forgets. It is deranged.

Recommended only to people who know exactly what they are asking for.
