H.B. Halicki wrote, directed, produced and starred, and the whole film exists to deliver a single 40-minute car chase in which 93 vehicles are destroyed and Halicki breaks his ankles. The plot is a formality connecting the driving.
Nothing here is faked and nothing is doubled. Everything on screen is a real car at a real speed being wrecked by a man who could afford neither insurance nor caution.
The chase is the film, and the chase is extraordinary.
