Mystics in Bali

H. Tjut Djalil takes the Balinese leyak legend and hands it the cheapest, most unforgettable image in Southeast Asian horror: a woman's head detaching at the neck and floating off into the jungle with her stomach and lungs still swinging beneath it. An American researcher goes looking for authentic black magic, finds the queen leyak, and gets considerably more tuition than she bargained for. The dub is atrocious, the opticals are held together with hope, and the tongue-extension effect has to be seen to be disbelieved.
